1. About these terms

1.1 These terms apply to every purchase, quote request and enquiry made through www.mextechin.com (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Mextech Technologies India Private Limited, G10, Everest Building, Tardeo Main Road, Mumbai - 400034, Maharashtra, GSTIN 27AAICM6290R1ZJ (“MEXTECH”, “we”, “us”).

1.2 By browsing the Website, creating an account, placing an order or sending an enquiry, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1.3 You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1.4 We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time.

2. Accounts and buyer types

2.1 You can buy as a guest or create an account. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

2.2 The Website offers two ways to buy:

• Retail (“Buy now”): for individuals and small purchases.
• Business and bulk: for companies buying in volume, with volume pricing, formal quotes and tax invoices showing your GSTIN.

2.3 Retail orders are paid in full at checkout, or by cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is available for an extra charge, shown at checkout before you place your order. Quoted business orders are paid in advance, as set out in 4.5.

2.4 To claim input tax credit, enter your company name and GSTIN correctly at checkout or in your quote request. We cannot reissue an invoice with a different GSTIN once it has been filed in our GST return.

2.5 We may suspend or close an account, or block access to the Website, if false information is given, the Website is misused or these terms are breached. Orders already paid for will be completed or refunded in full.

3. Products, specifications and prices

3.1 We describe products, specifications and images as accurately as we can. Photos and drawings are for illustration; colours, labels and accessories may differ slightly. The datasheet for each product is the reference for its specifications.

3.2 Please check that a product suits your application before buying. Our applications team can help: use the “Ask an expert” option on any product page. Advice given is general guidance; final selection and safe use remain your responsibility.

3.3 All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and GST is at the applicable rate (currently 18% for all instruments), unless marked otherwise. The tax amount is shown separately on your invoice. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout. Each product page shows the MRP where applicable.

3.4 Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will tell you and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not charge you more than the price you paid without your agreement.

4. Orders, payment and business quotes

Retail orders

4.1 Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation; the email you receive right after checkout only confirms that we received it. We may decline an order, for example, if stock runs out or payment fails, and will refund any amount paid in full.

4.2 If we can supply only part of your order, we will contact you by phone, email or SMS before dispatch. You can choose to receive the available quantity with a refund for the rest, or cancel the whole order for a full refund.

4.3 Orders are paid at checkout by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet through our payment partner, Razorpay, or by cash on delivery for the extra charge shown at checkout (see 2.3). We do not see or store your full card details.

Business and bulk orders

4.4 A formal quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless it states otherwise. Prices may change after that date.

4.5 Quoted orders are paid 100% in advance against our Proforma Invoice. We do not offer credit terms. The order is confirmed when we receive your purchase order or written acceptance of the quotation together with full payment. Your own purchase-order terms do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.

4.6 Enquiries sent through WhatsApp, email, callback request or the quote form are not orders. They become orders only as described above.

5. Shipping and delivery

5.1 We currently ship within India only. Shipping is free on every order placed through the Website and delivered within India. For quoted business orders, freight is shown on the quotation.

5.2 In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1 - 2 working days. The delivery date shown on the product page is an estimate from our courier partners, not a guarantee. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. During sale periods or very high order volumes, dispatch may take a few days longer; if your order will be delayed significantly, we will tell you by email or phone.

5.3 Once your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking number by email or SMS. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.

5.4 Please check the package when it arrives. If the box is damaged or opened, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and tell us within 48 hours. This helps us claim from the courier and replace the item quickly.

5.5 Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5.6 If delivery is delayed beyond the estimate for reasons within our control, you may cancel the order for a full refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption or government action.

5.7 Shipping is not free in these cases: for change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping; for warranty repairs and replacements, you pay the shipping both ways (see 7.5). If we sent the wrong item, the item had a manufacturing defect on arrival or it was damaged in transit, our team assesses the request and may cover the return shipping. This is decided case by case.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

6.1 To request a return, email sales@mextechin.com or WhatsApp +91 96995 69056 with your order number and, for faults, a short description and photos or video. Once approved, send the item to our sales office: Shop No. 24, 1st Floor, Bhangwadi Shopping Arcade, Kalbadevi Road, Mumbai 400002, Maharashtra. Please do not send items back without an approved return request. Full details are in our Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy.

6.2 Change-of-mind returns must be unused and not installed, with all accessories and manuals, in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. We may refuse or reduce the refund if items are used, damaged or incomplete. The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

6.3 Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 days of us approving the refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit. For quoted orders paid by bank transfer, we refund to the paying account and issue a credit note.

6.4 Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

7. Warranty

7.1 MEXTECH products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, unless the product page states a different period. Keep your invoice; it is your proof of purchase.

7.2 The warranty covers MEXTECH products bought from this Website or from an authorised MEXTECH dealer. For products bought from a dealer, send the dealer’s invoice with your claim; you can contact the dealer or us directly. Products bought from unauthorised sellers may not be covered.

7.3 After inspection, we decide whether to repair the product or replace it. If a repair is not possible, we will replace it with a unit in equal or better condition, or with a new product. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

7.4 The warranty does not cover:

• accidents, drops, falls or any other impact;
• water or other liquid damage;
• normal wear and tear, and breakage;
• damage caused by electrical surges;
• burnt ICs or PCBs;
• misuse, or use other than as described in the user manual;
• products that have been modified, or repaired by anyone other than MEXTECH. The warranty ends immediately if this happens.

7.5 For warranty claims, email support@mextechin.com with your proof of purchase, photos and videos of the instrument, a short description detailing the issue you are facing. Once this is approved by our team, you can then send the product to Mextech Technologies India Private Limited, A-1, Ground Floor, Manibhadra Complex, Rehnal, Bhiwandi 421302, Maharashtra. The customer pays shipping both ways and is responsible for packing the product securely; MEXTECH is not liable for damage that happens on the way to us. Exception: if a product is faulty within 7 days of delivery, section 6 applies, and our team may cover the return shipping, assessed case by case.

7.6 This warranty is in addition to your rights under consumer law.

8. Using the Website

8.1 You may use the Website to browse, buy and contact us. You must not misuse it: no scraping, automated ordering, attempts to break security, false orders or enquiries, or uploading harmful content.

8.2 Downloads. Datasheets, manuals and catalogues are provided for reference. Specifications may change with product updates.

8.3 Intellectual property. The MEXTECH name, logo, product designs, content, photos and design of the Website belong to MEXTECH. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

8.4 Third-party services. Contacting us through WhatsApp, or paying through our payment partner, is also subject to those providers’ own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or security.

8.5 Indemnity. If you breach these terms or misuse the Website, you agree to compensate MEXTECH for the resulting losses, third-party claims and reasonable legal costs.

9. Liability

9.1 Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, production downtime, or decisions made on readings from an instrument used outside its specifications.

9.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing law and disputes

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction, without affecting consumers’ right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10.2 Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

11. Grievance officer and contact

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have a grievance officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
