Every MEXTECH instrument undergoes quality checks and is inspected before it leaves our facilities. If something is wrong when it reaches you, and you need to return, exchange or get technical support, this policy explains the process.

Warranty

1. What the warranty covers

All Mextech products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

2. What the warranty does not cover

• Accidents, drops, falls or any other impact.
• Water or other liquid damage.
• Normal wear and tear, and breakage.
• Damage caused by electrical surges.
• Burnt ICs or PCBs.
• Misuse, or use other than as described in the user manual.
• Products that have been modified, or repaired by anyone other than Mextech.

3. How to make a warranty claim

1. Email support@mextechin.com with your proof of purchase, photos of the instrument, a short video detailing the condition of the instrument and a description of the fault.
2. Pack the product securely and send it to: Mextech Technologies India Private Limited, A-1, Ground Floor, Manibhadra Complex, Rehnal, Bhiwandi 421302, Maharashtra.
3. We inspect the product and repair or replace it.

The customer pays shipping both ways for warranty claims. You are responsible for packing the product so it travels safely; MEXTECH is not liable for damage that happens on the way to us.

4. Repair or replacement

We decide, after inspection, whether to repair the product or replace it. If a repair is not possible, we will replace it with a unit in equal or better condition, or with a new product.

5. Conditions

• You must provide proof of purchase showing the purchase date, such as the original invoice.
• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
• Products bought from an authorised MEXTECH dealer are covered. Send the dealer’s invoice with your claim.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on our website on the date of your purchase applies to your order. We will announce significant changes through our official channels.

7. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other applicable law.
